• This event is open to all SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL ticket holders.

• Arena Sofia doors open at 16:30. Plan your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth entry process.

• Multiple entry and exit is NOT allowed for security reasons. Once you exit the festival grounds, re-entry will not be permitted.

• One-time exit policy: You may enter the festival at any time during the day, but if you exit, you will not be allowed to return. Please double-check that you have everything you need before entering the venue.

• Late entry: Entry is allowed even after the advertised start time of performances. However, to make the most of your festival experience, we recommend arriving early.

Please note that Sofia Live Festival operates primarily as a cashless event.

• All bars and food stalls accept only credit and debit cards.

• No cash will be accepted at these points for food or beverages.

• This system ensures faster service, improved hygiene, and secure transactions.

✅ Exceptions:

• The official merchandise stand and the ticket/info booth will accept both cash and cards.

• No tickets for Day 3 (June 29) will be sold at the venue.

• ✅ WHAT YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BRING

  In light of the expected high temperatures, each attendee will be allowed to bring one (1) bottle of water up to 0.5L (500ml).
  ⚠️ Caps must be removed at entry due to security protocols.

  Stay hydrated and safe – additional free bottled water, sunscreen, and mosquito repellent will be available on site.

  🚫 WHAT YOU CANNOT BRING INTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS

  To ensure the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited:

  • NO alcoholic or any other beverages or liquids (besides the allowed 0.5L water bottle with no cap).
    This includes additional water bottles, thermoses, and flasks.

  • NO reusable cups (due to security protocols and artist requests).

  • NO food is allowed on the premises.
    A variety of food stalls will offer diverse options, including vegetarian and vegan meals.
    Only baby food in appropriate containers is permitted.

  • NO glass containers or bottles of any kind.

  • NO musical instruments, megaphones, or noise-making devices unless officially part of the performance.

  • NO sunscreen bottles, perfumes, deodorants, hand sanitizers, or similar liquids/sprays are permitted for security reasons.

  • NO drugs, illegal substances, sharp objects, or weapons.
    Possession may result in removal and legal consequences.

  • NO fireworks, flares, lasers, or explosive devices.

  • NO umbrellas, tents, or large visibility-obstructing items.
    Bring ponchos or waterproof clothing if rain is expected.

  • NO large bags or backpacks.
    Only small bags up to 40×20×20 cm will be allowed after security check.

  • NO unauthorized flyers, promotional materials, or merchandise.

  • NO chairs, stools, or seating furniture, including foldable or camping chairs.

  • NO personal wheeled transport devices such as bikes, scooters, skateboards, or hoverboards.
    No bike parking is available on-site.

  • NO selfie sticks, tripods, or camera equipment unless pre-approved.

  • NO drones or professional video/photo equipment unless accredited.

  • NO animals or pets allowed at the venue.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

If the event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive an email with available options, including possible refunds or ticket validity for the new date.

• Tickets will be available for purchase at the main entrance of Arena Sofia.

  • Prices range from 95 to 120 BGN for a one-day entry, depending on the day of attendance.

  • Only tickets for Day 1, Day 2, and 3-day passes will be available at the gates.

  • No tickets for Day 3 (June 29) will be sold on-site.

  ✅ Both cash and card payments will be accepted at the ticket booth.

Ticket Policy and Festival Access

• Your ticket grants access to the festival grounds and will be checked upon entry.

• Please keep your ticket with you at all times until you leave the festival for the final time. Security personnel may request verification during the event.

• Single-day ticket holders are allowed only one entry per ticket. No re-entry is allowed after the ticket has been scanned.

• Tickets are not issued under personal names. The person presenting the ticket at the gate is considered the ticket holder.
  We will not check IDs to match ticket names.

• 3-day ticket holders will receive a festival wristband at first entry. This wristband:

  • Must be worn at all times

  • Must not be removed, cut, or tampered with

  • If the wristband is missing or damaged, you will not be allowed to re-enter

Children and Underage Visitors

• Children under 10 years old can enter for free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  Entry is granted only with a signed declaration form.

• Parents/guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children throughout the festival.

• Please bring a copy or phone photo of the child’s birth certificate to confirm age.

• Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and also have a signed parental consent form, available in the same section.

• Upon initial entry into the festival area, attendees with a three-day ticket must check in at the entrance to receive a festival wristband.

• The wristband serves as your access pass to the festival area for the entire event duration.

• Once placed, the wristband cannot be transferred, removed, or given to anyone else. Any attempt to do so will result in removal from the festival and denial of further entry.

• Keep the wristband securely on your wrist until the end of the festival. It must remain intact for the entire duration of your visit, including final departure on the last day. If the bracelet is not on your hand - access will not be allowed.

• Everyone is subject to a thorough security check before entering the festival area. This includes bag searches, metal detectors, and pat-downs if necessary to ensure the safety of all attendees. Refusal to comply with security procedures will result in denied entry.

• Persons visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a disorderly manner will not be admitted to the festival grounds. Festival staff and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who pose a risk to themselves or others.

• Aggressive, violent, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. This includes physical altercations, verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation of any kind.

• Hate speech, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religion, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited. Any individuals engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the festival area.

• Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, including unwelcome physical contact, stalking, or verbal abuse, will not be tolerated. If you experience or witness any such behavior, please report it immediately to festival staff or security personnel.

• Unauthorized access to restricted areas, including backstage and production zones, is prohibited. Any individual found trespassing in these areas will be escorted out of the festival.

• Any attempt to bring in prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, etc.) will result in immediate expulsion and possible legal consequences.

• Security personnel are present to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Please respect their instructions and cooperate fully with their requests.
  

If you feel unsafe or witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it to festival security or designated staff members immediately.

We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone.

• Persons under the age of 18 will only be allowed on the festival grounds with a signed declaration from a parent or adult chaperone. This declaration confirms that the responsible adult is aware of and approves the minor’s attendance at the festival.

• All underage attendees must carry a valid ID and be prepared to present it upon request by festival staff or security personnel.

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult (18+), who will take full responsibility for their safety and conduct during the event. One adult may be responsible for multiple minors but must have a declaration form for each.

• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited for persons under 18! Any minor found attempting to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol will be removed from the festival grounds.

• Festival staff and security reserve the right to deny entry or remove any underage attendee who does not comply with these policies.
  

These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible festival experience for all attendees.

• SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended. Attendees are advised to keep personal belongings secure at all times.

• Do not leave bags, phones, wallets, or any valuables unattended in common areas, on the ground, or on seating areas. Festival staff and security cannot monitor personal items.

• If you lose an item, please visit the festival’s Lost & Found station or contact festival staff as soon as possible. Items found will be held for a limited period after the event, after which unclaimed belongings may be donated or disposed of.

• SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL is not liable for any loss due to theft, misplacement, or unattended items. We strongly recommend that all attendees keep their belongings close, use zippered bags, and be mindful of their surroundings.

• Any found suspicious or unattended items should be reported immediately to security or festival staff.
  
  By attending the festival, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your personal belongings.
  Protect nature, dispose of waste separately. Use the marked designated waste disposal areas.

SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
We have zero tolerance for:

• Aggressive or threatening behavior

• Verbal abuse, insults, or discriminatory language towards staff, artists, or other attendees

• Harassment of any kind

👉 Any individual who violates this code of conduct will be removed from the event without refund and may be banned from future editions.

👉 By attending SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL, you agree to abide by these principles and respect the community we build together.

For safety and security reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited inside the festival grounds:

• Bicycles

• Electric scooters

• Kick scooters

• Skateboards

• Rollerblades or roller skates

• Hoverboards or any other wheeled personal transport devices

These items cannot be brought into the venue under any circumstances.

⚠️ Please note:
There is no designated parking or storage for bicycles, scooters, or similar personal transport near the venue. Attendees are kindly asked not to arrive with such items, as they will not be allowed in and cannot be safely stored.
