ARENA SOFIA – VENUE INFORMATION

This event is open to all SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL ticket holders.
Arena Sofia doors open at 16:30. Plan your arrival accordingly to ensure a smooth entry process.
Multiple entry and exit is NOT allowed for security reasons. Once you exit the festival grounds, re-entry will not be permitted.
One-time exit policy: You may enter the festival at any time during the day, but if you exit, you will not be allowed to return. Please double-check that you have everything you need before entering the venue.
Late entry: Entry is allowed even after the advertised start time of performances. However, to make the most of your festival experience, we recommend arriving early.

Tickets will be available for purchase at the main entrance of Arena Sofia.
Prices range from 95 to 120 BGN for a one-day entry, depending on the day of attendance.
Both cash and card payments will be accepted at the ticket booth.

Your ticket grants access to the festival grounds and will be checked upon entry.
Keep your ticket with you at all times until you leave the festival for the final time. Security personnel may request verification during the event.
Children under 10 enter for free when accompanied by an adult parent or guardian and upon presentation of a pre-filled declaration form.

Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for the safety and supervision of their children during the festival.

Upon initial entry into the festival area, attendees with a three-day ticket must check in at the entrance to receive a festival wristband.
The wristband serves as your access pass to the festival area for the entire event duration.
Once placed, the wristband cannot be transferred, removed, or given to anyone else. Any attempt to do so will result in removal from the festival.
Keep the wristband securely on your wrist until the end of the festival. It must remain intact for the entire duration of your visit, including final departure on the last day.
Failure to comply with these policies may result in denied entry or removal from the festival grounds. Enjoy the event responsibly, and thank you for being part of SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL!

Everyone is subject to a thorough security check before entering the festival area. This includes bag searches, metal detectors, and pat-downs if necessary to ensure the safety of all attendees. Refusal to comply with security procedures will result in denied entry.
Persons visibly intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or behaving in a disorderly manner will not be admitted to the festival grounds. Festival staff and security reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who pose a risk to themselves or others.
Aggressive, violent, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. This includes physical altercations, verbal abuse, harassment, or intimidation of any kind.
Hate speech, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, religion, or any other personal characteristic is strictly prohibited. Any individuals engaging in such behavior will be immediately removed from the festival area.
Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior, including unwelcome physical contact, stalking, or verbal abuse, will not be tolerated. If you experience or witness any such behavior, please report it immediately to festival staff or security personnel.
Unauthorized access to restricted areas, including backstage and production zones, is prohibited. Any individual found trespassing in these areas will be escorted out of the festival.
Any attempt to bring in prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, etc.) will result in immediate expulsion and possible legal consequences.
Security personnel are present to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees. Please respect their instructions and cooperate fully with their requests.
If you feel unsafe or witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it to festival security or designated staff members immediately.
We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for everyone. -
Persons under the age of 18 will only be allowed on the festival grounds with a signed declaration from a parent or adult chaperone. This declaration confirms that the responsible adult is aware of and approves the minor’s attendance at the festival.
All underage attendees must carry a valid ID and be prepared to present it upon request by festival staff or security personnel.
Declarations can be downloaded at the top of this page and must be completed and presented at the festival entrance for admission.
Download here.Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+), who will take full responsibility for their safety and conduct during the event. One adult may be responsible for multiple minors but must have a declaration form for each.
Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited for persons under 18! Any minor found attempting to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol will be removed from the festival grounds.
Festival staff and security reserve the right to deny entry or remove any underage attendee who does not comply with these policies.
These rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and responsible festival experience for all attendees.

No alcoholic beverages or bottles may be brought onto the festival grounds. Reusable cups are allowed, but only if they are made of plastic or metal. Glass is not allowed.
No dogs or pets are allowed at the festival ground. Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are permitted with proper identification and certificate.
NO FOOD is allowed on the festival grounds. There will be a variety of food stalls offering different meal options, including vegetarian and vegan choices.
NO DRUGS, SHARP AND DANGEROUS OBJECTS, WEAPONS, OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are allowed on the festival grounds. Possession of such items will result in removal from the festival and possible legal action.
NO MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, NOISE-MAKING DEVICES, OR MEGAPHONES are allowed unless they are part of an official performance.
NO LASERS, FIREWORKS, FLARES, OR EXPLOSIVE DEVICES of any kind are permitted.
NO UMBRELLAS or large objects that obstruct visibility are allowed. Please use rain ponchos or waterproof clothing in case of bad weather.
NO LARGE BAGS OR BACKPACKS are allowed. Only small bags within the allowed size limit will be permitted after a security check.
NO UNAUTHORIZED PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, FLYERS, OR COMMERCIAL ITEMS may be distributed inside the festival grounds without prior approval from the organizers.

SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended. Attendees are advised to keep personal belongings secure at all times.
Do not leave bags, phones, wallets, or any valuables unattended in common areas, on the ground, or on seating areas. Festival staff and security cannot monitor personal items.
If you lose an item, please visit the festival’s Lost & Found station or contact festival staff as soon as possible. Items found will be held for a limited period after the event, after which unclaimed belongings may be donated or disposed of.
SOFIA LIVE FESTIVAL is not liable for any loss due to theft, misplacement, or unattended items. We strongly recommend that all attendees keep their belongings close, use zippered bags, and be mindful of their surroundings.
Any found suspicious or unattended items should be reported immediately to security or festival staff.
By attending the festival, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for your personal belongings.
Protect nature, dispose of waste separately. Use the marked designated waste disposal areas.
